To whoever visits our website, please have patience as we update our website when we can.

This website is not the most user-friendly to manage but we will try our best.

We have completed the Fencing Project at our no-kill animal shelter as of March 2025. This cost $71,261.77 to complete. Mike Blake and his crew of Seven Springs Fencing Co. of Carrollton, Ohio did a great job!

We have a Spaghetti Dinner coming up June 14th. at the Minerva Senior Center - 1200 Valley St. Minerva -from 4 - 6 pm. Dine-In or Carry-Out. Tickets are $12.00 for each adult and $7.00 for child 11 years and under. Tickets are available to order from us or at a fundraiser, such as the Farmer's Market starting Saturday, May 3rd. from 8 am. to Noon, weather permitting.

Then also at our first Hot dog stand and bake sale, Saturday, May 10th. from 10 am. to 1:00 pm. at the Dollar General Market in Carrollton, weather permitting.

All proceeds at any of our special events or fundraisers, goes towards our shelter construction needs.

We have raised over 1.1 million dollars ourselves, and do not receive any funding from the County or the State. But solely rely on donations from members, the general public, grants, endowments and Living Trust Giving special events and our fundraisers.

Won't you consider being a member in a great organization? It is only $15.00 a year for adults and $5.00 a year for children 17 years and under. Every month you receive a Newsletter, Minutes of each monthly meeting, and an itemized Treasurer's report.
